Our fee structure is designed to be simple and stream-lined so that you can navigate your registration process with ease.  However, if you need additional information, or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!

Youth Packages

Youth Whole-Event Pass - Ages 5 - 17

Includes all meals, cabin lodging (if accompanied by an adult with an overnight package), and most workshops

Youth Two-Day Pass - Ages 5 - 17

Includes all meals, and most workshops for two consecutive days of your choice. (Cabin lodging included if accompanied by an adult with an overnight package)

Includes all meals, and most workshops

* There may be some workshops and intensives which will require a materials and/or participation fee.  We are in the process of selecting our workshops for this year, and once we have, we will add information about any workshops that will have a materials/presenter fee.  

Refund Policy

Because we base our spending each year on the number of guests we are expecting, and because we begin to make payments thirty days before the beginning of the event, our refund policy is as follows:
 
Guests who cancel their registration before April 2 will receive a full refund of any registration fees, as well as fees for any services (readings, etc) that they have paid for. Guests who cancel their registration on or after April 2, and before the registration period closes, will receive a 50% refund for their registration fees, and a full refund for any services they have paid for.
 
We cannot give refunds for guests who cancel their registration after the registration period is closed, or who do not show up for the event.
